The developer and manufacturer of CNC-controlled bending machines from Witten will showcase the latest developments in fully electric tube and profile bending machines for mandrel-free bends - the Ondomat 2.0 - at this year's "Tube" exhibition in Düsseldorf. The Tube is the world's leading trade fair for the tube industry and will take place from April 15 to 19, 2024, at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre.

A continuously growing demand with increasingly higher specific requirements while maintaining consistent functionality and production processes led to product development. It started with an idea and culminated in the product's market launch. Market and customer requirements were carefully analyzed and evaluated during this process.

At "Tube Düsseldorf," DenglerLang Tube Tec will present the latest developments in fully electric tube and profile bending machines for mandrel-free bends. The Ondomat 2.0 features a CNC-controlled axis and is suitable for use in a wide range of diverse application fields. In addition to single bends, the tube and profile bending machine is also capable of performing up to two identical bends with a straight section in between, in a single stroke, as well as processing multiple components simultaneously. The bending angle can be freely programmed at all times.
